SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday\, June 12\, at 10 a.m. by Zoom. We will have guest speakers Dr. Gordon Porter\, a Director of Inclusive Education Canada\, and Dr. Charlotte Brenner\, who most recently taught Foundations of Education at Brock University. Inclusion Action in Ontario is currently collaborating with Dr. Brenner on a paper related to inclusive education. \nAnyone is welcome to attend our AGM\, but only current members in good standing will be eligible to vote.  \nAGENDA AND MATERIALS \n\n Welcome and Introductions\n Motion to approve the agenda\n Guest Speakers\n Receive the Annual Report of the Board of Directors\n Motions to Approve the 2020 Special Members’ Meeting Minutes and 2021 AGM Minutes\n Motion to Approve the 2021 Financial Statements\n Motion to dispense with the appointment of an auditor for 2022\n Motion to approve of new headquarters address for the Corporation\n Election of the Board of Directors  \n Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting and any adjournment thereof.\n\nMinutes of the 2020 Special Members’ Meeting\, 2021 AGM\, 2021 financial statements are available to view here: \n2020 Special Members’ Meeting Minutes \n2021 AGM Members’ Meeting Minutes \n2021 Balance Sheet \n2021 Statement of Activities \nIf you are able to come by Zoom or intend to send a proxy\, please RSVP by filling out this Google form.
