** This is part 2 of a two-part workshop. You need to attend part 1 on August 18th, 2021 in order to attend part 2.** The Charting the LifeCourse framework was created by families to help others of all abilities and ages develop a vision of a good life, and learn about some practical tools and supports that can help make that vision a reality.
